1. THE SERVICE (The "Cowboy Bundle")

StillyStorage LLC provides a seasonal storage solution for the Summer 2026 term (May – August). The $150 flat fee includes:

Provision of (4) custom StillyStorage boxes.
Pickup, secure storage, and redelivery of those (4) boxes, plus (1) mini-fridge and (1) microwave.
All other items (bikes, TVs, etc.) are subject to additional fees as listed at checkout.

2. APPLIANCE & PACKING REQUIREMENTS

To maintain the safety of all stored items, the Customer agrees to the following:

The Defrost Rule: Mini-fridges must be unplugged, completely defrosted, and bone-dry 24 hours prior to pickup.
Cleaning: Microwaves must be cleaned of all food debris.
Non-Compliance Fee: A $25 cleaning/drying fee will be automatically charged to the card on file if an appliance is wet, moldy, or contains food at pickup.
Weight Limit: Boxes must not exceed 40 lbs.

3. PAYMENT & "PARENT-PAY"

Parent-Pay: If the "Parent-Pay" link is utilized, the Student remains the primary account holder and is responsible for ensuring the Parent/Guardian completes payment.
Confirmation: Service is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed via our Stripe/Supabase integration.
Refunds: Full refunds are available until the "Box Drop" occurs. Once boxes are delivered, a $50 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.

4. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Bailee Liability: StillyStorage is a bailee of the Customer's goods. Our liability for loss or damage is capped at $100 per bundle unless additional coverage is purchased.
Exclusions: We are not liable for:
- Internal mechanical/electronic failure of appliances without evidence of external physical trauma.
- Fragile items (glass, ceramics) not packed with professional-grade padding.
- Items left in "open" containers or non-StillyStorage boxes.

5. ABANDONMENT & LIENS

Items not claimed or redelivery not scheduled by September 1, 2026, will be considered abandoned. Pursuant to Oklahoma law, StillyStorage reserves the right to sell or dispose of abandoned property to satisfy unpaid storage liens.

6. DIGITAL TERMS

By using StillyStorage.com, you agree that your data will be stored securely via Supabase and processed via Stripe. You agree to receive SMS/Email updates regarding your pickup and delivery windows.
